Reservation Cancellations

- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Janishi Residencies
- In the rare case that Janishi Residencies needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
- Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.
- The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Refundable Situations
